100% Kiwi can be used in all facets of food preparation, including dipping, drizzling, cooking. Extra virgin olive oil has a smoking point of 200 degrees celcius.

All our olive oil is certified by Olives New Zealand as Extra Virgin Olive Oil. To qualify for ONZ Certification New Zealand olive oil must meet specific requirements. These include bottling and labelling standards as well as the chemical and sensory criteria that Olives New Zealand has based on the International Olive Council (IOC) standards for extra virgin olive oil.
